Why subscribe?

We have all gone through some mental health issues at some point in our lives, be it something as trivial as hating to get up early or as serious as depression or anxiety.

When we have a bad day, our first instinct is to look up answers on Google. We browse through apps, useful articles, and videos that can immediately help us deal with the situation. But unfortunately, they only work in the short run and can help us temporarily get rid of the issue, not permanently.

However, it isn’t Google’s fault. It’s all about demand & supply. Most people are interested in solutions that can immediately cheer them up, not in long-term solutions.

However, if you believe in getting to the root of your issue, have the patience & will to understand reality, and look for solutions to get rid of your problems once and for all, don’t hesitate to subscribe.
