How to get rid of the fear of judgment from others?

What does Fear of judgment do to us?
Fearing judgment not only restricts us from being our true selves but also has adverse effects on our mental well-being.
We are unknowingly forced to behave a certain way and start giving undue importance to opinions from others. Our own opinions are treated as nonsense by ourselves.
How to get rid of it?
In the majority of cases, the reason we fear judgment is because we are underconfident ourselves, or we don’t have logical reasons to support our arguments.
When we are low on confidence in a particular aspect, we usually look around for various opinions and believe the most widely used, to be safe from any sort of judgment or questions.
Whereas incorporation others’ opinions, listening to them is perfectly fine, it is not okay to give up your identity, just to be on the safer side.
This is how you can overcome your fear of judgment by turning confident:
The first step is to accept your perspective, opinions, etc. that you are running away from because you fear what others will think. To be able to achieve this, ask yourself Why you have that opinion/ perspective in the first place.
Upon getting answers to that, you will be able to logically explain your side of the story, and why it makes sense to you.
Once you are able to do that, you will automatically feel more confident of your beliefs, opinions, perspectives, etc.
The second step is to make sure you do not regret your actions/ decisions. Before taking any decision, no matter how small, be sure that you will not regret it in the future, no matter the result.
If you regret your choices or actions, you subconsciously train your mind to believe that you are incapable and not worthy. Once your mind is wired this way, you can never feel confident.
