How to break our childhood conditioning?
As kids, we are made to believe certain things, and our thought process is shaped by our parents. Questioning is generally frowned upon. False notions about life & society are fed to us.

We are defined by our parent’s and relative’s perspectives, which might not be true necessarily.
Negative Conditioning
Negative conditioning can potentially destroy our lives if we do not take action to counter it. The worst part, we might not even realize that our problems are due to our lousy conditioning.
Imagine being someone who had all their wishes fulfilled from childhood, and ten years down the line, the same person hearing “No” for one of their wishes. Your world would fall apart.
Your childhood conditioning defines your overall personality for life. This is how strong it is.
Beliefs, values, and thoughts repeatedly told during childhood are still very much a part of you today. And, it is incredibly tough to replace them with anything contradictory.
The way to overcome the conditioning
However, at certain stages of our life, it becomes imperative to change our conditioning for our betterment.
The only way to do so is by questioning every inch of our existing belief system. Hours into questioning, you will realize numerous of your beliefs to be just beliefs, miles away from reality.
Start with the following questions:
Is my belief system based on reality or illusion?
What are the beliefs contradictory to reality?
My Personal story
Born in a middle-class Indian household, I was made to believe that life is about studying and landing up a safe & well-paying job.
Since I never knew anything out of this, I followed this path blindly until I met a few people that weren’t following this traditional path and were way more happy and satisfied.
That moment led me to question my belief system. I asked myself some tough, thought-provoking questions that gave me sleepless nights.
I felt like my entire world was falling apart. It was tough, but I carried on with questions.
The result was fruitful. I developed a Leader mindset rather than a follower mindset.
Ending note
